Kirkland External Ring Clamp

The Kirkland External Ring Clamp holds rings from the outside using leather-lined jaws, giving jewelers and metalsmiths secure, protected access to interior ring surfaces for filing, sanding, and polishing. Designed to accommodate virtually any ring shape, it is an essential bench tool for stone setting and finishing work.

Features

• Leather-lined jaws clamp rings from the outside, protecting ring surfaces while allowing full access to the interior
• Accepts rings from 3/8" to 1-3/8" OD, accommodating practically all shapes and sizes
• Note: Some unusually shaped rings may need to be rotated up to 180° within the clamp to locate a secure holding position.
• Pre-drilled hole can be tapped with a 1/4" thread for mounting on a stand or bolting directly to a bench surface
• Flat sides allow the clamp to be held securely in a vise
• Constructed from die-cast 380 series high-strength aluminum alloy—virtually unbreakable under normal use
