The Knew Concepts Mk.V Saw Frames with Lever Tension & Swivel Blade Clamps represent a significant evolution in precision jeweler's saw frame design. Available in 3" and 5" throat depths, the Mk.V features an upgraded triangulated truss design — the same geometry that makes the Mk.IV frames exceptionally rigid — delivering a major strength improvement over the older Mk.III design. The redesigned blade clamps are longer for improved grip, include witness holes so you can confirm the blade is fully seated, and allow sawdust to fall clear of the clamping surfaces for consistent, solid blade retention from session to session.

The swiveling blade clamps rotate 45° left or right — 90° total range — so you can swing the rear of the frame out of the way and cut into areas previously out of reach. Three preset detents at 0°, 45° left, and 45° right make it easy to return to the most common working angles quickly and repeatably. The lever-tension system lets you dial in your preferred blade tension once, then release and reapply it instantly with a single motion — no time-consuming re-adjustment between cuts.
