Top opening Safety Catch provides an added measure of security by securing the pinstem to your article of clothing.  To assemble a brooch you'll need; a pinstem, a joint, a Safety Catch and a rivet wire.

Choose from 2 sizes:

• 465-10  Small
• 465-12  Medium

To ensure proper functioning of catches after soldering, enameling, and final pickling or bright dipping and before turning, boil in water with a little soap and ammonia added.  Dry without washing.  After plating, if catches bind, apply liquid wax in slot with pin.
