The DADO Laser Welder from Orion is the second-generation version of the DADO platform, now featuring 35% higher maximum power and four times faster welding performance — all in a compact, portable form factor. Designed to fit comfortably in any small workshop, on a goldsmith's bench, in a dental lab, jewelry store, or hobby shop, the DADO delivers professional-grade laser welding without demanding dedicated floor space.
Setup is fast and intuitive: remove the unit from the box, add water, download the companion mobile app, and begin welding. The app allows users to set and manage all welding parameters directly from a smartphone or tablet. A built-in voice assistant communicates errors aloud as they occur, while color-changing LED lighting inside the welding chamber provides visual feedback on power levels. The DADO ships complete with all accessories needed to begin working immediately.
This version includes Argon hookup capability for inert-gas shielding during welds. The adjustable spot size, 12 power settings, and 10× integrated microscope give technicians precise control over every weld.
