The Orion PJ The Original Permanent Jewelry Welder was designed and built specifically for permanent jewelry artists. No other permanent jewelry welder is better suited for fine chain welding, remote locations, and convenient cable management. With an ideal energy range, smart energy control, extended cable lengths, and thoughtful cable management features, the Orion PJ makes working pop-ups and other remote work areas significantly easier.

  • Energy Range of 1–15 Joules: The low end is ideal for working with very fine chain, while the high end prepares you for any situation requiring greater energy output.
  • Half-Joule Energy Increments: Fine-tune your energy in 0.5-Joule steps to produce the perfect weld when whole-Joule settings fall just short of or exceed what's needed.
  • Extended 3-Foot Stylus Cord (Standard): Reach farther than other Orion models — especially useful when welding anklets on a seated customer.
  • Optional Extension Cord: Extend the electrode up to nine feet from the power source for maximum reach at pop-ups and remote events.
  • Fully Detachable Stylus Cord: The stylus cord disconnects completely from the power source, allowing the Orion PJ to fit in tighter packing boxes for easy transport.
