Otec ECOMini Wet Polishing Machine

The ECOMini wet disc finisher (110V) is a rapid cut-down system for rough castings and small metal parts. As our fastest prep method before burnishing or final polish, wet disc finishing can be two to three times faster than vibratory tumbling. The ECOMini includes a flow-thru system with pump and ships with the necessary detergent compound and medias to get you started.

How Disc Finishing Works

A finned disc at the base of the barrel spins to create a powerful media whirl. In wet mode, abrasive media and compound remove material quickly—often achieving in 1–4 hours what can take 12 hours in vibratory or rotary systems.
