Oval Bracelet Mandrel 12" (300mm) Long-Made in Italy-Large Range

This Italian made premium oval bracelet mandrel is made of hardened steel and is 11-7/8" (300 mm) long. It has a smooth, highly polished surface and is meant to be used for forming oval bracelets of gold, silver, copper or other soft metals. This oval bracelet mandrel differs from the other Italian made bracelet mandrel by starting and finishing at a larger dimension. The small dimension is 1-3/4" x 2-1/16" (45 mm x 53 mm) gradually tapering to the large dimension of 2-1/2" x 3" (65 mm x 75 mm).

When used with forming hammers made of nylon, rubber or rawhide and non-ferrous metals such as silver, copper and gold this mandrel will not dent.  If used with steel hammers and ferrous metals like steel or simply struck directly with a steel hammer this mandrel can dent.
