Pear Faceted Mexican Fire Opal

Mexican Opal is also known as Fire Opal, for its blazing reddish orange color and lacks the play of color normally seen in Opals. Opals are considered one of the luckiest and magical of all gems because most opals exhibit all colors. Opal requires special care due to being extremely soft and can craze from loss of moisture.
