Pearl Drilling Machine Japanese-115V

A production pearl drilling machine for drilling clean, accurately aligned holes in pearls and other round objects up to 5 Mohs hardness. The indexed turning jig gives each drilling cycle a controlled, precise feel at the bench.

Features

• Holding jig rotates 180° while maintaining alignment for drilling from both sides of the pearl.
• Helps prevent exit damage by meeting the first hole from the opposite side at the midpoint.
• Designed for production work with dual catch trays positioned on either side of the holding jig.
• Uses genuine Japanese pearl drills and can also accept HSS twist drills or similar jeweler’s drills.
• Adjustable Jacobs chuck secures the drill for repeatable setup and operation.
