Porcelain Balls 4mm Diameter-1 Lb Pack

This 4 mm diameter micro abrasive media will cut, clean and leave an extremely smooth surface that is bright, but not reflective. This is a great alternative to steel shot for use in smaller vibratory tumblers that are not made to handle the weight of steel. Porcelain shot will work in vibratory and rotating tumblers, have a very long life-span, and can't damage the work like steel shot can. Porcelain media does have longer work times than steel. These porcelain balls are used wet with a detergent compound. For best results use a mix of sizes. Porcelain balls require a break in period before use. Once broken in, they will have a glazed surface.
