Product Details

Pro Buff Sticks are a real improvement on the basic emery stick. Using a slightly flexible resin bonded base, Pro Buff Sticks have 5 strips of abrasive paper per side bonded to the stick. The thin rubber coating on the stick gives a good soft grip and helps keep the layers of abrasive paper on the stick. The strips of paper are bonded to the stick on the edges, so as each used layer is removed, fresh abrasive paper is revealed. Sold by the piece. Group photo for cut comparison only.  Also available in an assortment of 7, see related products below or search for part number 111.359.

Choose from 7 grits:

  • 111.360  120 Grit Extra Coarse
  • 111.361  240 Grit Coarse
  • 111.362  320 Grit Medium Coarse
  • 111.363  400 Grit Medium
  • 111.364  600 Grit Medium Fine

Nice

These are maybe not quite as flexible as I would like, but they are very durable. I am a hobbyist, but I've been using the sticks that I bought for a few months now and haven't needed to go to the next sheet of sandpaper yet.
