Profiform 200 Master Kit is the complete Swiss-made metal forming system. Centered on the Profiform 200 combination bench shear and bending brake, this kit includes every factory accessory so you can shear, bend, crop, punch round and square holes, form louvers and reinforcement beads, set boxed/bullnose edges, and make accurate, repeatable cuts from one compact workstation.

Core Machine (Profiform 200)

  • Capacity: Shears up to 7-3/4" (200 mm) wide sheet.
  • Thickness guides: Non-ferrous metals (gold, silver, copper, brass) to approx. 18 ga (≈1.0 mm); aluminum and other soft materials to ≈1.5 mm.
  • Cutters: Precision-ground, hardened reversible high-speed steel with four cutting edges.
  • Bending tooling: V-blocks and punches in high-grade profiled steel for crisp, repeatable bends.
  • Materials: Metals, plastics, paper, cardboard, PCB, veneer and more (within stated thicknesses).
  • Origin: Switzerland.
