Rotating Necklace Mandrel Mounted on Stand

This necklace mandrel (called an iron maiden in Germany) is mounted on a rod and ball that can be locked and unlocked to rotate in a fairly wide range of movement. Made in Italy, this polished cast iron necklace mandrel measures 8-1/2" across by 8-1/2" tall by 8-1/4" deep as it stands on the 5" x 5" square base. The base has four holes for mounting. The neck mandrel itself measures 5" tall, and can be removed from the rod if so desired.
