Description

This kit gives the bench a pinpoint oxy-fuel flame for precision soldering, brazing and micro-welding, with the handpiece, five tips and hoses in one package. The all-gas Smith Little Torch kit with 5 tips (#3–#7) delivers a controlled, stable flame, fine enough for filigree and hot enough to melt metals, glass and ceramics. Made in the USA.

  • Works with any fuel gas plus oxygen: Propane/Oxygen, Butane/Oxygen, Natural Gas/Oxygen, Hydrogen/Oxygen, or Acetylene/Oxygen
  • 8 ft (96" / 2400 mm) color-coded oxygen and fuel hoses included
  • USA B connections (9/16"-18 LH fuel / 9/16"-18 RH oxygen)
  • Regulators and tanks not included, available separately

Compatibility

Tips #3–#7 operate with Propane/Oxygen, Butane/Oxygen, Natural Gas/Oxygen, Hydrogen/Oxygen, or Acetylene/Oxygen.

Note: The Super Small Tip #2 (not included) is compatible only with Hydrogen/Oxygen or Acetylene/Oxygen.

Regulators, flashback arrestors and tanks are not included and must be sourced separately. You will need an oxygen regulator (B-connection) and a fuel gas regulator (B-connection) matched to your chosen fuel. Use only in a well-ventilated workspace and follow all manufacturer safety guidelines for the selected fuel gas and oxygen.

5 stars for my new and at once familiar friend, the Smith Little Torch. The first one served me for twenty years and I’m hopeful it too will be at my bench for another twenty years. The ease of use and its precise flame control makes it indispensable in repairs and fabrication. I would recommend adding the multi-orifice melting tip and the heavy magnetic base to any order, you’re gunnawan it. Many thanks to Amber and the friendly and helpful folks at Otto Frei.

This is the torch for you..I can also do sizings as well as melting scrap metal!
