These flex shaft tapered type sanding mandrels with 3/32 inch diameter shanks are perfect for making your own inside ring sanders with 3M™ Utility rolls or with any sanding paper you cut to fit.  Wrap them up tight and glue the tops together.  Then tear back the paper as the abrasive wears during use. Sold in packs of 6
