These sterling silver tube hinge joints are designed for use with riveted pinstems and are sold in a convenient pack of 3 pieces. Each joint features a split tube construction that is open at the base, functioning like a hinge to accept and secure a riveted pinstem. To install, slightly open the base of the joint, insert the pinstem with rivet, then close the joint down over the riveted pinstem. The joint can then be soldered or welded into place for a secure, professional finish. Made in Germany.
