The Thumler's Tumbler Model UV-45 is a heavy-duty vibratory tumbler designed for professional jewelers who need high-volume finishing capacity in a reliable, American-made machine. With a 4¾-gallon bowl capacity, the UV-45 can process up to 300 ladies' rings with media in a single run — making it a workhorse for production shops and busy benches alike.

The UV-45 is engineered for wet or dry finishing applications. It is compatible with ceramic, plastic, and porcelain media when used wet, and accepts dry media for final polishing stages. Note that steel shot should not be used in this machine. The bowl includes built-in connections for a flow-through system, allowing continuous water circulation during wet tumbling operations.
