Armstrong Tooling has engineered these Tungsten Carbide Micro Rotary Burnishers to maximize efficiency through a tapered, needle fine-point design. The set allows jewelers to quickly remove casting skin, grow lines, porosity, and tool scars in hard-to-reach areas — between gallery wires, between split shanks, and in filigree work. This three-piece set is designed to reduce or virtually eliminate the traditional burnishing method, delivering consistent results across multiple finishing stages.

Mount each burnisher in a flexshaft or micromotor and use at speeds up to 30,000 RPM to achieve the desired finish.

The higher the number of facets, the smoother and brighter the resulting surface. These tools are purpose-built for burnishing, pre-polish, polish, and cast clean-up applications.
