The Raytech TV-5 Small Vibratory Tumbler Kit combines Raytech’s compact 3-pint TV-5 (110V) with the most popular media and compound for efficient, small-batch metal finishing. Perfect for up to 25 rings per run, the TV-5 helps reduce hand finishing by cutting, smoothing, and polishing non-ferrous and precious metals. Made in the USA.

How to Use

  1. Cut: Run parts with Medium (Dark Green) plastic pyramids to remove tool marks and smooth surfaces.
  2. Pre-polish: Switch to Fine (Light Green) plastic pyramids to refine the finish.
  3. Polish: Finish dry with Dri-Shine III for a bright luster.

Add a small amount of Compound 750 during cutting and pre-polish stages to improve cleaning and cutting action. Rinse and dry between each step.

Notes / Care & Safety

  • Do not use steel shot. For steel, use a rotary tumbler or larger vibratory unit rated for steel media.
  • Do not exceed 5 lb total load (including media and parts).
  • Clean bowl and media after use; keep dry when storing.
