UltraLite Replacement Studio Beehive Pro Element-120V

Factory replacement 3.5" heating element for the UltraLite Beehive Pro Studio Kiln (120V). Replace the element when heat-up slows or after extensive use. Element installs with spade connectors and is designed to drop into the kiln body for quick service.*

Installation Overview*

1. Unplug kiln. Remove the two inlet screws on the stand and pull out the inlet; slide back the 1.5" fiber sleeving.
2. Using needle-nose pliers, disconnect the spade connectors (use a gentle rocking motion; do not crush the connectors). Save the 1.5" sleeving.
3. Remove kiln body from the stand; press on the element wires from the top to release the old element.
4. Set the kiln body upright at the table edge and feed the new element wires through the holes; seat the element by lightly pushing it down.
5. Route wires back through the inlet opening; reinstall kiln body on the stand with the opening facing away from the inlet.
6. Spin the 1.5" sleeving back over the connections, reconnect the spades fully, tuck wires into the stand, and reinstall the inlet screws.

Notes

• Reuse the original 1.5" fiber sleeving on the wire ends during reassembly.*
• Always verify secure connections before powering the kiln.
