Used Open-Box TV-5 3-Pint Vibratory Tumbler 110V by Raytech

This compact vibratory tumbler finishes small batches of rings and other jewelry pieces using plastic or ceramic media right at the jeweler's bench. The Raytech TV-5 is a 3-pint vibratory tumbler designed for small-batch finishing work, ideal for polishing up to 25 rings at a time, standing just 9" tall, fitting easily on any jeweler's bench, and made in the USA.

This is a customer return because the tumbler kept turning off. It has been fully inspected and repaired and is in great working condition. It is sold as used because it shows signs of wear from dirt and grime to scratches around the unit. It comes in its original box, which has been opened and retaped.

The TV-5 has a total capacity of 5 lbs, including both media and the material being finished. It is not designed for use with a flow-through system, and it is not recommended for use with steel shot. If steel shot is required in your finishing process, consider a rotary tumbler or one of Raytech's larger vibratory tumblers with curved bowls instead. Ceramic ball media is a suitable alternative for those who prefer harder media without switching equipment.

Notes

The TV-5 is not recommended for use with steel shot due to its 5 lb weight capacity. If steel shot media is required, consider a rotary tumbler or a larger Raytech vibratory tumbler with a curved bowl. Ceramic ball media is a practical alternative when harder media is desired with the TV-5. This unit is a used, open-box return: it has been inspected and repaired, functions properly, and shows cosmetic wear from prior use; the original box has been opened and retaped.
