The Badeco 4LC100 is a micro-polishing and micro-filing reciprocating handpiece engineered for finishing difficult-to-reach areas such as corners and recesses where hand polishing presents challenges. Designed for use with MX series and M4 ASF control boxes and powered by the Badeco RS2000 micromotor, this handpiece delivers precise, vibration-free performance in demanding bench environments.
The 4LC100 features a 1mm stroke with a speed range of 500–5000 strokes per minute, giving jewelers and metalsmiths fine control over the finishing process. Compatible with Badeco ceramic sticks, Glardon-Vallorbe ceramic files, and Glardon-Vallorbe miniature files, it accommodates a wide range of micro-finishing media. Tools are secured in the included Universal Tool Holder via a set screw. A separate 3.2mm tool holder (part number 134.743-320) is also available and uses two set screws to hold tools up to 3.2mm in diameter. Additional Universal Tool Holders can be purchased separately under part number 134.743-UTH.
No oiling is required, and the handpiece is designed for continuous trouble-free use up to 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sound output is rated at just 30 decibels, making it exceptionally quiet for the professional bench environment.
