Directions for use: (from label on container) Add contents of container to water to fill steamer, proceed with normal use. The detergent will not have an adverse effect on work-piece. Blow out until at the end of workday.

What we think they are trying to say: Start with an empty steamer. Mix entire contents of package with enough water to fill your steamer. Add to steamer. Run steamer all day as you normally would, the maker claims the steam produced will not effect the jewelry being clean. At end of day, completely empty your steamer. Repeat every 3 months.
