ArtClay Silver Paste 20 Gram Jar

Part # 854-67 Only 2 left Weight -- lb -- g
Current price $160.00

Art Clay Silver Paste is the same material as Art Clay Silver, formulated with a higher water content for a smooth, yogurt-like consistency. It can be diluted further with water, making it easy to apply with a brush directly onto organic materials such as leaves and twigs. During firing, the organic substrate burns away completely, leaving behind a lightweight, hollow fine silver piece with exceptional surface detail.

Beyond its use as a painting medium, Art Clay Silver Paste serves as an essential joining and repair material in the studio. Use it to bond unfired silver clay components together or to fill unwanted cracks and pits in clay work before firing. Its fluid consistency allows precise application in tight areas where slab or lump clay cannot reach.

  • Ideal for painting directly onto organic items such as leaves, twigs, and other burnout materials
  • Organic substrates burn away during firing, producing lightweight hollow fine silver pieces
