Swiss Made Aluminum Ring Bending Pliers-With White Delrin Rings

Made of lightweight aircraft-quality aluminum that has been specially treated for exceptional hardness, these Swiss Made ring bending pliers deliver serious forming power for professional jewelers. The White Delrin Ring Model features a center rod with a 12 mm outside diameter (OD) — including a permanently attached nylon ring — and bending rods also made of Delrin. Using the adjusting screw, you can form round shapes ranging from small rings up to bracelet-sized curves.

This is a serious tool with significant power. For example, you can take a 6 mm wide heavy white gold comfort fit band for sizing and size it without twisting or hammer work. Cut a sizing piece out of the shank and then put the ends back together simply by squeezing the inside of the ring while moving the ring around the pliers. No hammer marks and perfectly round as there was no twisting. This is an essential tool for shops that do a lot of sizing or fabricating ring stock.
