Notes
- Use on top of a rubber pad for support during cutting.
- Apply a cutting lubricant to the cutting edges before useβStay Sharp is recommended.
- Use a suitable mallet only; never use a nail-driving hammer. Brass mallets are recommended.
- Support the opposite side of the cutter with a sheet of matching-diameter metal to maintain alignment and minimize material sticking.
- Do not exceed the maximum recommended thickness of 20 gauge.
- Only cut soft non-ferrous metals; do not use on ferrous metals.
- Ensure cutting edges are facing down before striking.
- To prevent rust, keep cutters lubricated between uses and store in a dry location.
- A 95 durometer urethane pad is recommended to extend cutter life.
