Durston 2209 Superior All-In-One Draw Tong

Drawing wire or rod down through a plate takes a grip that will not slip under load, and that is the job these tongs do at the draw bench. The Durston 2209 Superior All-In-One Draw Tong uses heavy, serrated jaws that bite firmly into the metal so each pull feels secure and controlled.

Features

• Designed for use with Durston and other draw benches for drawing wire and rod
• Heavy-duty construction engineered to withstand high pulling forces in daily workshop use
• Robust serrated jaw profile for strong, positive grip on metal during drawing
• All-in-one body layout for simple, fast positioning at the draw bench
• Generous handle length helps you apply leverage comfortably when clamping metal
• Compact footprint makes the tongs easy to position, store, and move between benches

Compatibility

Intended for use with Durston draw benches and other comparable draw benches.

Notes

Grip wire or rod securely with these tongs before drawing it through a drawplate. Always ensure the jaws are clamped firmly and squarely on the metal to prevent slipping under load.
