These Sterling Silver Heavy Earring Clip Levers are designed to work with the Earring Clip Lug 264/22LU. The lugs are first soldered or joined onto the earring piece, and then these clips are fitted onto the lugs. They may also serve as replacements for clip earrings that are missing their clips but still have lugs attached — compatibility depends on whether the existing lugs match the 264/22LU specification.
