The Faro-Foredom H.10D is a professional-grade quick change handpiece widely regarded as the workhorse for professional jewelers and the smoothest running of all Foredom quick change handpieces — making it the preferred choice for stone setters. Italian made, the H.10D features a slender body and lever-style quick change mechanism that jewelers value for its durability and lightweight design. Pre-lubricated ball bearings require no lubrication throughout the life of the handpiece.
The duplex spring version (part number 134.238) measures 7-5/16" long by 5/8" in diameter. Channel setting is made easier with the optional Channel Setting Set (item 134.238A), a set of depth guides that fits onto the H.10 or H.10D handpiece to control cutting depth and ensure stones are set straight, parallel, and firmly in place.

Duplex spring warning: Duplex springs are not manufactured by Faro and are attached post-factory. They carry no warranty.
- Do not bend the duplex spring beyond 45 degrees during use. Operating beyond this angle or improper detachment from the flex shaft can cause damage.
- Duplex springs can also fail during normal use. It is recommended to keep spare inner duplex springs on hand and learn how to replace them.
