Fretz BT-1 Brass Tube Form- 2-1/4" x 5/8" Bracelet Cuff

These seamless brass tube forms from Fretz are designed specifically for jewelers and metalsmiths who want a ready-to-work cuff bracelet blank. Made from 20 gauge (0.81 mm) brass composed of 70% copper and 30% zinc, each blank starts as seamless extruded tubing that is cut to width, edge-cleaned on a belt sander, annealed, and given a basic tumbled finish. The result is a malleable, workable blank that is ready for forming, hammering, and finishing without the prep work of starting from flat sheet.

This BT-1 form measures 2-1/4" in diameter and 5/8" wide, making it well suited for larger wrist sizes. It pairs with the full range of Fretz cuff blanks, which are available in 2" and 2-1/4" diameters and in 5/8", 7/8", and 1-1/2" widths, giving you the flexibility to fit any wrist size or bracelet style.

Keep in mind: when creating convex (domed) forms, the doming process will reduce the finished diameter of the piece. When making concave forms, the finished diameter is not affected.
