The Fretz M-114A 5mm Convex Cuff Stake is a precision forming tool designed for creating narrow domed bracelets and other domed metalwork shapes. Its 5mm convex profile makes it the ideal starting point when shaping tight, high-dome cuff bracelets.

For a wider high-dome bracelet, use the Fretz M-114 10mm Convex Cuff Stake as a breakdown stake to begin the doming process, then transition to the M-114A to refine the narrower dome. This two-stake workflow gives metalsmiths greater control over the final profile of the piece.

• Fretz Extender Holder E-101 (112.726) – for maximum working room; note that larger tang requires a larger stake holder

Notes

The T-101 and E-101 stake holders feature larger tangs than the H-1 and H-1L holders. Ensure your bench mounting setup accommodates the appropriate tang size before use.
