GRS 003-700 Easygraver 120 Degree Fixed Sharpening Fixture

The EasyGraver Sharpening Fixture is designed around standard geometries observed in use by hundreds of engraving artists and jewelers throughout the world over many years. Its fixed-angle approach delivers repeatable, accurate sharpening results without the guesswork — allowing both beginners and seasoned bench professionals to sharpen gravers with confidence and consistency.

This is the 120° fixed-angle model, intended for creating V-point gravers. Two separate models exist — 120° and 105° — and this listing covers the 120° version. For hand engravers and jewelers who currently use other geometries, the time it takes to adjust to these presets is outweighed by the benefits of accuracy and efficiency.

Post positions #1 and #2 are used for truing or reshaping the base of the graver for a 120° or 105° V-point. The side post positions, #3 and #4, are then used to sharpen a parallel heel. After the heels are sharpened, the center post position (#5) allows the user to sharpen a face angle and easily adjust the length of the heel.
