GRS 004-831 BenchMate Encore QCX Basic Package

A hands-free workholding system for bench work done under a microscope, holding the piece centered and in view while you cut, set or adjust it. The GRS BenchMate Encore QCX Basic Package from Glendo GRS is specifically engineered for use under the microscope and delivers the widest range of motion available from a hands-free workholding tool. The QCX designation marks this as part of the Quick Change X series, built for microscope workflows where keeping sight of the workpiece is critical.

The BenchMate Encore QCX keeps work centered under the microscope and allows adjustments without losing sight of the piece. Two threaded collar rings make height changes to the mandrel fast and easy, and the handrest attaches quickly to either side for left-handed or right-handed use. The updated Quick Change design drops and locks QC fixtures into the mandrel with no additional tools, so setups switch in seconds without interrupting workflow.

This Basic Package is the entry point into the BenchMate Encore QCX system, and optional accessories sold separately expand it over time. The same system is also available as a Stone Setters Package, part 104.832.
