Description

These aggressive porosity burnishers are designed for hammering out porosity from gold, platinum, and silver. Mounted on 3/32" mandrels, they are used at high speed in a rotary handpiece with light pressure, moving the tool back and forth across porosity holes in several directions until the desired results are achieved. Both tools function similarly to margin rollers but deliver more aggressive action.

Two styles are offered: one with a stronger, more forceful action and one with comparatively less aggressive treatment. Each burnisher is individually mounted on a 3/32" mandrel for use in standard rotary handpieces.
