Description

The Glardon-Vallorbe LF0505-S ceramic fiber files are precision-graded square sticks designed for finishing and polishing hard-to-reach areas. At just 0.5mm x 0.5mm in cross section and 100mm in length, these ultra-fine sticks deliver controlled abrasive action in tight spaces where conventional files cannot reach.

Use them whole by hand, or break them to custom lengths to create small tools compatible with the Badeco 8LC100 micro polishing and filing handpiece for use with a flex shaft or the Badeco 4LC100 for use with a Badeco micromotor system. Ceramic fiber files can also be shaped to a fine point using diamond dressing stones or wheels, making them ideal for reaching into narrow channels, recesses, and detailed metalwork.

Available in two grits to suit different stages of finishing work.
