Description

Swapping burs mid-job goes faster when the handpiece opens with a lever instead of a chuck key. The Foredom H.18 is a lever-style quick-change handpiece built for 3/32" shank burs and mandrels: depress the lever on the side of the tool and the collet opens, with no chuck key or additional tools needed. Quick-change handpieces are engineered for one specific shank size, 3/32" in this case, so consistent shank sizing is essential for proper operation.

Important: It is always recommended to keep a bur seated in the collet of any quick-change handpiece when it is not in active use. This helps prevent damage to the collet mechanism over time.
