The Glardon-Vallorbe LP1760 Knife Precision File is tapered in both width and thickness, with a sharp knife edge that maintains consistent thickness from point to shoulder. The included angle of the sharp edge is approximately 10 degrees β ideal for filing into tight angles, grooves, and V-shaped recesses with precision. Measurements are given at the thickest point of the file.
Manufactured to exacting production standards using a combination of machine cutting and hand craftsmanship, these Swiss-made files are built from the finest heat-tempered chrome alloy steel.
