Needle files take on the detailed finishing and tight tolerance work a larger file cannot reach, and this set brings six of the most popular shapes to the bench. The Glardon-Vallorbe LA2442-4 assortment holds six genuine Swiss made needle files, each 5-1/2" (140 mm) long measured tip to tip and cut to a Cut 4 fine grade for detailed finishing and refined metalwork. Every file is a tang only pattern with no handle fitted, in heat-tempered chrome alloy steel. Glardon-Vallorbe Swiss is the number one file manufacturer in the world. Formerly sold in the USA under the Grobet name, these files now carry the Glardon-Vallorbe name used throughout the rest of the world. Sold as a set of six.
