Glardon-Vallorbe LF1002-M Flat Ceramic Fiber Files-1mm x 2mm 10 Piece Kit

Ceramic fiber files finish and polish into the hard-to-reach places at the bench, and this Glardon-Vallorbe LF1002-M kit gathers a full grit progression in one place: ten flat, pillar-shaped sticks of graded ceramic material, 1.0mm thick by 2.0mm wide by 100mm (4 inches) long, one in each grit from G120 (Extra Extra Extra Coarse) through G3000 (Extra Extra Extra Fine). Sold as a 10 piece kit.

Use the files whole by hand, or break off a piece to make a small custom tool for the Badeco 8LC100 micro polishing and filing handpiece (compatible with flex shaft systems) or the Badeco 4LC100 (for use with a Badeco micromotor system). The ceramic fiber can also be shaped to a point using diamond dressing stones or wheels, which makes it especially effective working into narrow recesses and detailed areas.
