Inverted cone burs are among the most popular burs used in the jewelry industry, and the set gives jewelers and metalsmiths that range in one package.
Machine made to ultra-high precision tolerances, Tungsten Vanadium steel burs are uniformly consistent from piece to piece, cutting with no chatter or drag. That is a key advantage over High Speed Steel (HSS) burs, which are individually hand cut, meaning no two are exactly alike. The most modern manufacturing equipment combined with Swiss steel hardening expertise makes these burs consistent best sellers. Tungsten Vanadium burs deliver excellent precision and value, but they are generally not as long lasting as USA-made High Speed Steel burs.
Every bur in the set has a 3/32" diameter shank, and the kit is stored in an included round plastic holder for organized bench access.
The 3/32" shanks fit standard flex shaft handpieces and rotary tools that accept 3/32" shank burs.
