How we source our metal
A friction ear nut pushes onto an earring post and holds the earring against the ear with spring tension. This is the standard 5.8mm size, measured at the widest point. WR Cobb offers it in six precious metal options, each matched to the metal of the finding it accompanies, with a grip heavy enough to suit larger or heavier earrings. These backs are made in the USA and sold by the piece, so order two for a pair.
