The Quatro Gold Vault Extra INFINITY Dust Collector – HD – 220V is the heavy-duty, three-stage personal dust and fume collection system designed for professional jewelers and metalsmiths working in 220V–240V environments. This export version (model GVL-217KRJ-26) is supplied with a North American 3-prong 220V plug; use a local outlet adapter as needed.
The Gold Vault combines dust and fume collection in one compact personal system. Its brushless, whisper-quiet INFINITY turbine motor draws 3.5 amps at 220V and is rated at 1HP. With a footprint of just 9" × 9", it fits right next to your workbench. The heavy-duty motor requires no maintenance and is rated for approximately 2,000 hours of normal use (3–5 years) before replacement is needed.
Producing 141 CFM (240 m³/h) through a single 1-1/2" inlet, the Gold Vault captures dust and debris generated by files, burs, and polishing wheels before they reach your face and lungs. The included charcoal filter also addresses fumes and odors produced by a bench torch. Two 4-foot lengths of 1-1/2" hi-efficiency grounded flexible hose and a T-section are included.
Connect the Gold Vault to polishing hoods or solder fume hoods to maximize its effectiveness. Popular accessories include the Jet Port with Comfort Zone (147.032GRS), Quatro Fume Collection Hood Kit (147.631), and Step Down Adapter (147.6011). The optional Quatro mc2 Controller (147.633) can make the Gold Vault an on-demand system that activates automatically when your flex shaft is in use.
