JOOLTOOL 10 Micron Sky Blue 3" 3M Trizact Abrasive Disc

The JOOLTOOL 10 Micron Sky Blue 3M Trizact™ Abrasive Disc is a self-adhesive, 3-inch fine sanding and honing disc designed for use with JOOLTOOL Backpads. Made from 3M Trizact™ material — widely regarded as one of the finest sanding and honing abrasives available — this disc delivers a very fine satin to polished finish on a wide range of surfaces.

At 10 microns, the grit is sized at 10/100 of a millimeter. The lower the micron number, the finer the grit, making this disc an excellent choice for detailed finishing work. The 10 Micron disc is ideal for achieving a pre-polish finish and serves as an effective first step in removing scratches from glass watch crystals and certain plastics. For best results, use it as part of a progressive finishing sequence: begin with the 35 Micron (satin), follow with the 20 Micron (burnish), then this 10 Micron disc, and finish with the 5 Micron Trizact™ disc for the finest result. These micron-rated discs are also highly effective for sharpening high-speed steel tools of any kind.
