This imitation amethyst is composed of a lab-created synthetic spinel doublet exhibiting a light to medium purple color. The doublet construction consists of two layers of synthetic spinel bonded together with a tinted adhesive, producing a consistent, even purple hue that mimics the rich color of natural amethyst without its characteristic color zoning. These assembled gemstones are well-suited for use in finished jewelry, settings, and resale applications where color consistency and value are priorities.

Calibrated gemstone sizes may vary slightly +/– 0.10mm. Clean with warm, soapy water only. Do not apply direct heat, as heat may damage the adhesive bond within the doublet construction.
