Ultra-slim square diamond files are made using an electrodeposition coating process to deposit micro diamonds on steel. These extremely slim diamond files can reach small and narrow areas, intricately designed places, and other hard-to-access spaces that would be difficult to reach with conventional tools. Available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm diameters, they are compatible for use with a pin vise or can be mounted in a mechanical pencil. Sold by the piece.
Each file measures approximately 63.5mm (2-1/2") in total length with a cutting length of approximately 25.4mm (1") on each end. The file features a double-sided end design with diamonds deposited on both sides. Made in Japan.
