95 Durometer 3 x 2 x 1 Urethane Pad-Red

Designed primarily for hydraulic die forming, this 95 durometer urethane pad is specially formulated for increased cut-resistance and memory retention. The pad functions as the matching half to your custom form, pushing metal into every crevice and causing it to conform precisely to the die. Select pad thickness based on how deep you intend to push the form—for longest service life, compression should not exceed 2/3 of the pad's thickness. With proper use, a urethane pad can last 10 years or more.
