The Black Arkansas Stone is the finest grade in the Arkansas stone family, rated Ultra Fine for the most demanding sharpening and honing work. Ideal for professional jewelers, metalsmiths, and craftspeople who require a razor-sharp edge on gravers, scorpers, chisels, and fine hand tools, this natural stone delivers an exceptionally refined cutting surface. As a natural product, color will vary from lot to lot. The stone measures approximately 8" × 2" × 1/2" and is mounted in a wood box for convenient bench use and storage.
