These popular large texturing wheels mount on a tapered spindle and are used with a polishing lathe motor to produce surface textures ranging from a light sandblasting effect to a deep stipple finish. The kit contains four color-coded wheels, each with a different wire diameter, giving jewelers and metalsmiths a versatile range of texturing options in a single purchase.
Wheels will wear down gradually under normal use. Rapid wear is an indication of excessive pressure or attempting to reach recessed areas beyond the brush's capabilities. Eye protection and full face protection must be worn at all times when using this product. Occasionally a wire may come loose during use.
