Replacement Steel Catch Tray Insert

The Replacement Steel Catch Tray Insert is a direct replacement for the catch tray on the John Frei Custom Workbench. Originally, John Frei Custom Workbench catch trays featured a zinc-based metal insert; however, the standard material was updated to steel in the late 1990s and has remained steel ever since. This insert measures 20 in. x 24 in. and is designed to be riveted, nailed, or otherwise attached to a wood frame—once secured, the insert will lie flat.
