How we source our metal
A fish tail head holds a round stone in four cast prongs while the setting is soldered and finished at the bench. These settings are made by Victor-Joseph (model FT-3), a worldwide leader in quality precious metal findings, in the USA from 100% recycled gold and platinum, and they are sold individually by the piece.
They come in 14K white gold and platinum, and the fish tail design accommodates round diamonds and round stones across 9 sizes ranging from .25ct (4.0mm) to 2.0ct (8.0mm). Carat sizes indicate the round diamond weight the setting is designed to fit; millimeter sizes indicate the diameter of the round stone.
